Property sales can be exciting or they can be due to tragic unforeseen circumstances,mine sadly was the second stated.However I am beyond greatful to have put my property sale in the hands of Joshua Faddoul at Eclipse real estate. The company itself are the definition of proffesional and offer so many extras when it comes to selling your property and making improvements prior to sale amongst many other things. John was very enthusiastic and spent the time to explain the process of selling my home in the required detail I required. He had no hesitation in organising gardener's, photographer's and coveyancers to comp l ete the prep work for the open inspections and legal paperwork.
